Bee-Bot Maze....I wonder how they did that?
My colleague Judy O'Connell has located a class at Pencaitlind Primary School in Scotland, who have also been using Bee-Bots.
Some children built a maze using blocks and then they programmed their Bee-Bot to navigate his way through the maze.
I am very interested in how they "measured" the number of steps their Bee-Bot needed to find his way as there was no "grid" to help them.
You can read about their Bee-Bot Challenge on their school blog and view their photo slide show too. Click here to view the Pencaitlind Primary Blog
Wouldn't it be fun if we could exchange some Bee-Bot challenges with other classes as far away as Scotland? :-)
